Challenge: Beat the Steamdeck for $150

With the ubiquity of the steamdeck, it has become the new minimum-performance target for game devs everywhere. For years to come, this hardware will be guaranteed to run most games (even if only at lower quality and 720p) so I figured, can I build a computer for under $150 that will remain relevant for as long as the steamdeck?
