Can a PC build bring my friend back?

We've been trying to put together a PC every month to help pay the rent at our studio, but this time we ended up doing something with a little more impact. One of my old LAN buddies needed a new PC to wrap around his fancy new RX 6800XT graphics card... will this PC build bring him back into my life after 16 years?
